Objective
To create an editorial magazine that focuses on foraging, and the oudoors. The magazine caters to those who are interested in hiking, environmentalism and similar themes.
Process
Flora & Fauna Magazine was designed to appeal to those passionate about nature and nature education. The colour palette was chosen with earth tones and the typography for clean, modern and nature-inspired design.
Most of the photography was shot by me, and colour corrected to give a warm, autumnal energy. The layout and illustrations were carefully crafted to organize the large amounts of copy in a clear, cohesive, and visually pleasing way.
